Brian is always really helpful and gives advice on possible solutions to problems. The engineers are friendly, courteous, helpful, efficient and mindful of security and child safety issues. In addition, during a few teething problems we had after a recent refurbishment project, an engineer was extremely helpful - although he was actually away on another job at the time - and made himself available via his mobile phone, offering advice and possible solutions until the problem had been rectified. For these reasons I would recommend DCS.

The new telephone system installed by DCS has been a great success. From start to completion, the job was carried out very efficiently. It is always daunting undertaking a project such as this, ensuring that it is fully completed in the school holidays etc. The work was carried out with minimum disruption and the school was left very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending DCS, the customer service is fantastic! We've been delighted with the work carried out and any queries have been resolved very quickly. The whole process has been very smooth and efficient. We would definitely contact them again for any future projects. 
DCS have been one of our preferred contractors for over two years and at the beginning of 2010 we purchased a brand new telephone system from them. This new system was installed impeccably with almost no inconvenience to the shopping centre. The installation engineer ensured that all the staff understood the new system and its capabilities. The whole team at DCS are all helpful and friendly.

We have been using the services of DCS Voice & Vision Ltd since 2007 when they originally installed our telephone system, this was installed with minimal disruption to us and the telephone system was suitable for our requirements. DCS have just relocated our telephone system and lines which we have been happy with and now they are able to provide us with a one stop shop for all of our telecoms requirements.

Having left my request for an engineer to visit to the last minute DCS were pleased to help me and the date of an engineer's visit was arranged on the first phone call, within one working day of my call. The engineer certainly knew his stuff, relocating the system with the minimum of disruption to the rest of the office. I would recommend DCS as from the initial installation some years ago to the last service call, the service has been exceptional.

I would like to confirm that we have been clients of DCS Voice & Vision since 2007. I have found all their departments very professional. They promptly deal with any queries be it a technical problem or i.e. any issues with the general running of the account. On the technical side - if they are unable to deal with the issue over the telephone, a technician is promptly sent to deal with it. We also route our landline calls through DCS and we find the rates very competitive and are satisfied with the cost savings made. When we have requested the install of any new lines they are very fast and prompt in chasing up. All working in DCS have a very cheery and helpful disposition.
